Which currency will I be charged in?
We process all orders in USD. If you are located in another country, during checkout your order will automatically be converted at the current exchange rate.
What is my tracking number?
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. Orders are fulfilled in 24 to 48 hours.
What are your amendments and cancellations policy?
If you need to make changes to your order you will need to contact us within 30 minutes of placing the order. We cannot cancel your order once it has already been shipped. You can view our full refund policy here.
My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, sometimes items arrive damaged due to mail service mistreatment. If this happens to you, please reach out with your order number, and a picture of the damaged item.
