To begin initiating a return, within 20 calendar days of delivery, reach out to our customer support team at support@lokbaba.com

  • Return the new, unopened items to us within 20 calendar days of delivery.
  • If your item arrives damaged or is malfunctioning, don't worry we will return it. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. (Email pictures or a video showing the problem).
  • Simply contact our support team at support@lokbaba.com if you have any questions regarding your return.
  • For any product valued over $10 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email, or order number) to be eligible for a refund or return. Please keep the email receipt or order confirmation, otherwise we can't issue you a refund or return.
  • Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, colour, etc. of your product because we don't offer refunds or returns on ordering wrong size or color, you will have to order a new item in that case. But, if we have sent you the wrong size or color, we do offer return or refund.
  •  Cancel your order: As long as your product has not been submitted for fulfillment by us, within 24 hours, we can cancel the order. We often submit items for fulfillment within a few hours, so the faster you can let us know about the cancellation, the more likely we'll be able to do it. If your order has been shipped, we ask that you follow our return policy in order to get a full refund once you receive your product!
  • Due to the custom made nature of some of our handmade products we can not accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for any handmade item.
  • Cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside of the designated return process (Please see above for designated return process).

Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We advise to return the product via trackable mail. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, unless tracked.
